Ingredients
- 2 oz (60 ml) Finest Call Sour Apple Martini Mix
- 0.5 oz (15 ml) Finest Call Single Pressed Lime Juice
- 0.5 oz (15 ml) Finest Call Sugar Syrup
- 1 oz (30 ml) gin
- 1 egg white
- Top with soda water
Directions
- Dry shake egg white and non-alcoholic ingredients. Add spirit and ice. Shake and strain over fresh ice. Poke a hole in the foam and slowly add soda water to create a raised foam.
