Finest Call Mai Tai Meringue
Ingredients
- 0.5 oz (15 ml) Finest Call Orgeat Syrup
- 0.5 oz (15 ml) Finest Call Single Pressed Lime Juice
- 1.5 oz (45 ml) white rum
- 0.5 oz (15 ml) orange curacao
- 1 oz (30 ml) dark rum
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- egg white
Directions
- Combine white rum, orange curacao, pineapple juice and lime juice in a mixing glass filled with ice. Shake and strain over fresh ice. Top with dark rum. Charge orgeat and egg into a foam and add to the top of drink.
